An individual / Firm / Company who is able to do contract as per the provision of the Indian Contract Act 1872 , and wish to become direct seller of the company , can apply to be appointed as a direct seller to marketing and selling of companies product in whole of India . There is NO deposit or any charges / enrollment fees / joining fees / renewal charges for becoming a direct seller of the company. Our company shall not be responsible for any promises made by any individual / independent advisor / entity / direct seller / distributor on its behalf accept any promise which is mentioned in the authentic broachers or on website www.Smart Bharat Bazaar.org.
If any distributor working in the company with unique ID and working in the our field regarding sales of the product and other promotional work behalf of the company , any of his / her act or omission which constitutes misconduct , unprofessional or unethical and harmful to the company , the unique ID of such distributor shall be hold / blocked by the company without any notice .
We are also declaring that we have not been given any assurance or promise by the company or its direct sellers as to any income on account of the product purchase made by customer. However direct seller will be eligible for income / facilitation fees depending upon the volume of business done by him/her, as per terms and condition of the company.

The consumer herein declares that he/she has voluntarily, without any coercion, placed order overleaf, online/digitally or personally, for purchasing the products being marketed by M/S Smart Bharat Bazaar (hereinafter referred to as “Entity”). The consumer herein assures that he/she has visited the website of the entity Smart Bharat Bazaar and asserted itself with the products and all relevant information there to. The entity herein assures to the consumer that it has employed sufficient measures to safeguard the data provided by it and the same is displayed on its website Smart Bharat Bazaar.org. The entity also assures the consumer that it has well defined Buy-back and refund policy and mechanism displayed on its website Smart Bharat Bazaar.org. The entity also assures the consumer that it has a well defined “Grievance redressal mechanism” displayed on its website Smart Bharat Bazaar.org. The remedial measures available to the consumer are: Acknowledgement and Resolution of complaint by the entity’s customer care Cell within 48 hours of the time the complaint it receives at its end Within 30 days’ from the date of receipt of the complaint at its end by the Grievance Redressal Officer particulars of whom are displayed on its website Smart Bharat Bazaar.org. Thereafter, if still unsatisfied, the consumer will have to approach the National Consumer Helpline or State Consumer Helpline ( NCH or SCH) of which the entity is a convergence partner If still not satisfied with the resolution offered by NCH or SCH, as the case may be, the consumer can approach an appropriate consumer forum or consumer court. These terms and conditions have been prescribed by the entity, without prejudice, in accordance with the prevailing provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and rules framed thereunder.
